Product terms

These terms describe access to Sottos, AI-assisted social content workflows, approval records, audit evidence, and connected integrations.

Service scope

Sottos prepares social media content, approval records, and operational workflows. External publishing and third-party actions remain subject to explicit owner approval.

Owner approval boundary

Sottos may prepare recommendations, drafts, and integration payloads, but customer workspaces control approvals, publishing permissions, and external-action settings.
